About Drama Llama
Drama Llama Youth Theatre is based throughout North and South Ayrshire, we aim to inspire young people to build confidence, teamwork, independence, and imagination, as well as skills in drama and musical theatre, we work with young people aged 3-13.
At Drama Llama we believe that learning happens best when having fun and we structure our classes to contain a wide range of activities that are fun and engaging. We work on improvisation, comedy, movement, voice, and script work in our classes, and each week we plan the classes based on the interests of young people. This creates a varied and engaging class programme
As well as our weekly drama classes we also provide school workshops on a number of different themes and parties and events.
About Hannah
Hannah is the Owner and Director of Drama Llama Youth Theatre. She has worked in Youth Theatre for over 10 years. She has a degree in Performance and a post-grad in childhood and youth development. In 2021 she started Drama Llama Youth Theatre as a way to engage children and young people in theatre and the arts. She believes in the importance of drama and youth theatre in helping children and young people develop important life skills. And she brings this philosophy into all Drama Llama classes to create a fun and engaging environment for the young people that attend classes.
